- Waarom start mijn horloge niet?
1.The watch needs to be connected to the charger for the first use.
2.Als de batterij van uw horloge leeg is, moet u deze een tijdje opladen voordat u probeert uw horloge te activeren.

- Waarom laadt mijn horloge niet goed op?
1.Please make sure your charger is 5V/1A. If the current is too high, the watch would into the automatic protection of the state.
2.Controleer of de oplaadkabel goed is bevestigd aan de oplaadpositie op de achterkant van uw horloge.

- Waarom zit er geen oplaadkabel in mijn pakket dat ik heb ontvangen?
1.Please check the user manual and product details page to confirm whether the product is charged by USB. If so, please unplug the watchband, then you would find the charging jack.
2.Als uw horloge niet oplaadt via USB en u ontvangt de oplaadkabel niet, neem dan direct contact op met onze klantenservice.
- Hoe de datum en tijd wijzigen?
Scan de QR-code in de handleiding om de APP te downloaden. Vervolgens worden de tijd en datum automatisch gesynchroniseerd wanneer het horloge op de telefoon wordt aangesloten.
